• Efficient - at the lowest cost possible

• Adaptable - able to meet changing needs

It is not enough to define a process once.   What worked yesterday might not work today, and what works today probably won't work tomorrow. This has never been truer than in the present changing healthcare market. Managed care and new government regulations have made the way physician business offices and billing companies used to operate obsolete.
